Do you have eCDR?

We are very close to launching a two-way integration to CDSmart from the PharmSmart team.

What about SDM?

We are working with PharmSmart to integrate CRM SDM dispensing with their MethSmart product.

What eMAR solutions do you have?

Apotec CRM currently works with eMARx and we are constantly evaluating other suppliers/interfaces.

Do I have to provide my own hardware?

Apotec CRM has been designed to work on current Windows devices (Win 10-11) and with a 17” monitor.
In our experience it is highly likely your existing hardware will work with Apotec CRM.

Additional hardware (peripherals, printers) are supported and your devices will be assessed at an initial site survey for suitability. Should you require new hardware Apotec can assist you in locating appropriate suppliers.

What do we need to have in place for Apotec to be installed?

The requirements are:

  • Broadband Line (FTTP preferred)

  • Power socket for Apotec Security Router

What level of user training can you offer?

Do you integrate with PharmOutcomes or Sonar?

Apotec CRM is currently not integrated with PharmOutcomes or Sonar.

The NHS have announced a new Pharmacy Supplier Catalogue Program (CP-IT) for suppliers to become accredited to work in the new service provision arena, including MYS and other elements.

Apotec are partnered with suppliers who will gain accreditation through this route and we are working with them to achieve as early a date as possible for approval.

No new suppliers are being onboarded by PharmOutcomes during this Catalogue approval period.

Do you supply HSCN and, if you do, how do you do it?

Apotec CRM is offered with per-site HSCN connectivity through CloudGateway, a fully accredited and approved Consumer Network Service Provider (CN-SP), as can be validated on the NHS website of HSCN Suppliers.

The HSCN connectivity is provided at no additional cost to you.

As a connecting organisation you will need to ensure your pharmacy is, and remains, compliant with HSCN connectivity agreements - Apotec & CloudGateway can assist you in identifying your current status and support you in to the future.
